GOOGLE DRIVE

HEALTH & MATH ASSESSMENTS

All families will receive access to a google drive folder through their family email account.  

1) Login at https://drive.google.com with your schola email and password ([email protected])

2) Go to ‘Shared With Me’

3) Find the folder labeled with your family name

4) Inside your family folder there will be folders for each student in your family.

This is the folder where you will submit all of your child’s health and math assessments.
It will also contain the curricular objectives list for your child’s math grade level.

Notes from our junior program facilitator:

● Please do not create other folders in your folder
● Place everything in your child’s folder, NOT in folder titled “viewed”
● The “viewed” folder is where your facilitator will put the work once it has been  seen and recorded.
● PLEASE mark your child’s work, as you have an answer key
● I will include all submissions made on the same day as the same file, unless the files
have different titles
● If the work is being done on a separate sheet of paper, please include the original
assessment so that I can see what has been covered.
● It is important to realize that students are being “graded” on an objectives completion
scale in the junior math program, rather than on a “mark achieved” scale. While I use the marks to reflect a student’s understanding of the objectives, we are more concerned with students covering as many of the objectives as possible, rather than the mark achieved.
● Your program may have fewer than 9 official assessments. That’s okay, but please find something else to submit for the other assessment times (this can be a review, a page you have created yourself, etc)
● Your program may have more than 9 official assessments. That is also okay, you are able to submit more than 9 assessments if that is what demonstrates coverage of all objectives.
